I purchased this software in June, 2009. Almost impossible to navigate so as to locate channels desired. Can't specify any particular TV Channel to watch. Example, I type SCYFI Channel or Channel 59 for my area and I get no direct response of how to bring it up. Also, now their is a new update available. As a result, there are "0" stations displayed on the face of the player. There is a window that flashes on and immediately disappears that gives info. as to what site to visit for the update. I finally got it to still still long enough to copy the URL down. Result/ INVALID. As a matter of fact, EVERY SITE (MANY of them referring to 3b/Satellite TV was INVALID. That includes leads to Tech. help, Customer Service, UPDATE DOWNLOAD, EVERY GIVEN site on the internet referring to any faction of their company is INVALID. I called the phone number on my original Purchase Confirmation. A female answers, giving: [email protected] as a current email address. It is also INVALID. It's either a SCAM or they are going out of business. Sad part is, I ran across the very same page on the internet where a person can still DOWNLOAD the software!
